September 23, 2008: Public Hearing about proposed Flood Zone Law

PUBLIC HEARING

FLOOD CONTROL LAW

SEPTEMBER 10, 2008

Supervisor called the public hearing to order at 5:45 PM.  Mr. David Meade, Code Officer explained that changes to the new law was 99% procedural, remapping would be done which would eliminate Brantingham Lake from the flood zone.  The Board asked that they have time to review the Law and the hearing is adjourned until 5:45 on October 8, 2008, by motion from Councilman Gunn and seconded by Councilman Knapp and carried.
